Yeast Nutrient

Acts as a Food For the yeast and promotes rapid starting & complete fermentation. Use 1 tsp. per Gal of wort.

Irish Moss

Used as a clarifier by causing the proteins to fall  to the bottom and will reduce Chill Haze.

Hops

Cascade Whole Hops 

Aroma and Bittering Hop with a grapefruit flavor and aroma. Used in American Ales. 

Alpha Acid: 6.0% per 2 oz

Cascade Pellet Hops 

Aroma variety with a well balanced bitering potential. One of the most popular hops used among the home brewers. Use in the boil or for dry hopping for IPA's, Porters, Pale Ale & Barley Wines.
