           About the Brew Shack

We are a family owned and operated beer & wine making supply internet business for folks like ourselves.  We have only been making beer and wine the last few years and admit our experience is limited.  This is a new business so our products are limited.  When you email or call us with a question you will be chatting with Ma or Pa.  That would happen to be Dan or Jeannie.  We both have many years of customer service experience in the aviation industry (check out www.customprop.com) and hope to bring our experience with us to this industry of promoting the art of beer and wine making.  So please bear with us and check back often to see what we have added.   We hope to grow with you, our customers and friends.  We have tried to practice good values over the years and one of them is this: “You will attract more bees with honey than you will with vinegar!”

Our Mission

For years, folks just like us have been making their own beer and wine. It is our mission to provide a quality product at a reasonable price in a timely manner.  We will accomplish this mission by selling products that we have tried ourselves and feel are worthy of selling.  With our first hand knowledge of the products we sell, we will be able to provide our customers with the proper technical support.  Furthermore our web site won’t be cluttered with products that you wouldn’t really need to buy.  We will buy only what you need in volume so we can pass the savings on to you.  We will ship out what you buy the next business day using the fastest delivery available for the best possible price.
